In conclusion, our hypothesis that freshly squeezed orange juice has the highest concentration of vitamin C was proven to be true. Therefore, if you want to get the most vitamin C from your orange juice, it is best to squeeze it fresh at home. However, if you cannot do that, look for orange juice that is not pasteurized and is sold in opaque containers to reduce light exposure.
